Energy bills should be straight forward, unfortunately we know this is not always the case for a number of reasons. In addition to the attached bill or the details you send, please describe any challenges you are experiencing.
We endeavour to respond with a turn around of 5 calendar days, however your response should be much swifter! We advise if we feel your bill is accurate and what we believe your direct debit or payments should be.
The choice is yours to use our response to improve your bill accuracy and/or change your direct debit or payment value.
